The third Monday of every other month, Resurrection partners with the Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church to deliver meals to about 100 residents of Loudon County who are shut-ins or having trouble getting out and about.

Always a favorite, our team prepares a pulled pork sandwich, accompanied by coleslaw and baked beans and a cookie. Members of both churches gather at Resurrection's Parish Hall to pack and deliver the meals. We appreciate the opportunity to give our residents a tasty hot meal along with a personal greeting.
