Thank you for your generosity in giving to Resurrection!

We’re happy to offer several ways to give to Resurrection. If you need assistance, please call the church office at 865-986-2390 or email the office@episcopalloudon.com.

Recurring Pledge Payments by Credit Card or Automatic Draft
For recurring pledge payments, the church office can help you set up a system so that your pledge will be charged to your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card. Please note that giving by credit card means that Resurrection pays processing fees and a percentage of your giving to the credit card company and our payment processor – we do not receive your full pledged amount. If you are able, we would appreciate it if you would help offset that cost by adding just a bit to your payment amount.

We also offer you the option of paying your pledge through automatic deductions from your checking or savings account. This can be set up through your bank’s bill-pay system, or you may contact the church office at 865-986-2390 or office@episcopalloudon.com for assistance.

Stock or Mutual Funds
Transferring stocks and mutual funds offer additional tax savings. You avoid capital gains taxes and receive a tax deduction. In accordance with IRS guidelines, Resurrection is not qualified to provide you with a specific value for non-cash contributions. Therefore, your annual giving statement will not reflect a value for this gift. Instead, it will reflect only a description of your donation. We suggest you contact your tax advisor for further information.

Charitable Gift Fund
Gifts can be designated to Resurrection from any Charitable Gift fund. If you need further information, please contact Tony Adams.

Qualified Charitable Distributions
A qualified charitable distribution (QCD) is generally a nontaxable distribution made directly by the trustee of your IRA (other than a SEP or SIMPLE IRA) to an organization eligible to receive tax deductible contributions. Please consult your tax professional concerning any questions.

Church of the Resurrection is a 502(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your gift will qualify as a charitable contribution and is tax deductible, to the extent of the law. No goods or services are provided in return for any gift, other than intangible religious benefits.
