Coffee Hour
Sip, munch & visit
Coffee Hour is held in the Parish Hall after each service. It is hosted by different members of the church and it allows parishioners to chat with each other while enjoying scrumptious goodies prepared by our hosts.
Golfing Group
May the course be with you
Our golfers tee it up frequently for fun and good-natured kidding at surrounding courses, and actively support local charity fund-raising tournaments. Now to brag a little…our golfers are reigning champions in the diocesan Bishop's Cup! Come tee it up with them!
Hikers
Enjoying God's creation together
The group organizes hikes throughout the year - opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, connect with one another, and appreciate the beauty of God’s creation. Highlights include a spring Wildflower Hike and a summer Smoky Mountains (Cades Cove) Sunrise Hike. These moderate difficulty walks typically attract 12–15 participants and offer a welcoming way to build community through shared experiences in nature.
Parish Life
The more the merrier has never been more true!
Parish Life is a group that plans monthly activities promoting fun, fellowship, and connection. This includes such things as ice cream socials, July 4th BBQs, and Mardi Gras Potlucks. These activities give us a chance for members that attend the 8:00 and 10:30 services to come together—and invite others, too.
Potters
Playing in the mud
Our potters meet weekly to learn, share, laugh, and get messy creating pottery not only for themselves, but also to raise funds for Resurrection through participation in church ministries and local markets.
Saints & Sinners
Good food, good fellowship, and new friends!
Saints & Sinners brings singles and couples together for a monthly meal. Groups of 6–8 people meet for at least four months, sharing a meal in members homes or at a restaurant. These small groups are purely social - no agenda, no study, no rules. Your group decides when and where to meet to best enjoy your time together.
Meetings are once a month, and are often potluck-style, simple dinners, or casual brunches where the host provides a main dish and others bring sides or dessert.
