This committee follows the national Invite Welcome Connect program to help newcomers and visitors feel comfortable when visiting our church for the first time. By greeting them, encouraging them to visit coffee hour, and following up with them after their visit, we invite them to discover what our church family is like.

Each Sunday, our Connect chairperson welcomes visitors and invites them to a relaxed luncheon in her home, where they enjoy good food, conversation, and fellowship with parish members. Guests learn about our ministries, outreach, and social activities and receive helpful resources about parish life. Most importantly, we help newcomers find opportunities that match their interests and encourage them to become part of the Resurrection community.

Our goal is simple: to help every newcomer feel welcomed, valued, and connected.
